I'd randomly booked today off work several weeks ago and by some amazing stroke of luck it turned out windy. WSW so sailed by the power station at Hove for the first time to start the day. Plenty of waves but it turned out more onshore than I was expecting. Too onshore to be ideal for looping but that didn't stop me trying. Scored some more good rotations including a big stalled whopper but unfortunately my feet came out of the straps half way round. All the action caught on film by Pat - big thank you.

Then sailed Worthing on the run up to high tide. Complete opposite to Hove. Cross-shore but flat. Went for loads more forwards off the chop but the low altitude meant several painful back slaps. Not bothered though. No pain no gain.

Sun, wind, loops - great day.
